Attorney Alexander S. Nee, Esquire, serves as an associate attorney at law for Facchini & Facchini, P.C. Though the newest attorney at the firm, Attorney Nee has already proven himself through strong writing and research, client-centric communications, and a hard-working spirit. Attorney Nee works in a range of cases including personal injury, civil litigation, trusts and estates, contract disputes, and small claims, often engaging directly with clients and counselors to achieve the best possible results in a timely and effective manner.

Before joining the Facchini & Facchini team, Attorney Nee graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts School of Law where he served as the president of the International Law Students Association, was the instructional assistant for ethics and commercial law, drafted governing documents for multiple non-profit organizations, and competed as a two-time JESSUP competitor and coach in New York City. After law school, Attorney Nee practiced family law and estate planning until he joined the law firm of Facchini & Facchini, P.C.

Attorney Nee is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is an active member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
